Dr. Gale offers his psychological services in the work setting as well as in private practice. As an organizational consultant, Dr. Gale will assist your company or organization in improving its performance, increasing its bottom line, enhancing employee relations, decreasing absenteeism and turnover, and assisting executives in improving their management styles and approaches.

As an independent consultant, Dr. Gale can offer your company or organization invaluable objectivity and confidentiality. Pre-Employment Screening
Dr. Gale performs pre-employment screening at Applied Psychometrics in La Jolla, CA. Companies looking to increase and improve their workforce utilize consultants such as Dr. Gale to administer assessment batteries to job candidates to determine goodness of fit between company and employee.
